I've listed some software which you can use for converting your texts into voice .This feature comes inbuilt with your windows system but we hate that annoying default voice of a male ,seems like talked over radio on 80's..
Text to Speech Software:
1.Balabolka:It is a free software ,portable ,hence you no need to install it ,just carry over anywhere with your pen-drive.

2.NaturalReader:
This one enables you to read any text from your computer and it is available as a free edition as well as pro edition.Free version has some features lag.

3.ReadThis - has some pretty interesting functions such as Reading you the text you input as well as can save it as .wav,.mo3 format.so that you can hear it later.Woila..its a great function.

4.Panopreter 3.0.9 - it reads text files even .html format,and word documents in multi lanuage.Get it here.

5.SmartRead - Reads texts from documents from any selection,it randomly select voice and then the text to speech begins.

All the above listed software are freewares and it is probably less than 6.5 Mb ,so all of this are tiny programs. As per my suggestions the first one and the third one do the right job we need to do but there are lot of TTS engines available on the net so search as per your requirements and EnjoY :).
